Montana Western Lady Bulldogs announce first 2018 commitment

DILLON — Montana Western Women’s Basketball head coach Lindsay Woolley has announced the signing of Idaho prep standout Gracey Meyer to an NAIA Letter of Intent.

Meyer, a 5-11 post from Moscow, Idaho, will graduate from Moscow Senior High School this June. She averages 17.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks per game.

Meyer was named IEL (Inland Empire League) newcomer of the year in 2015, and has been a three-time First-Team All-League selection. She received the Team Hustle Award the last three seasons.

“Gracey fills a need for us on the interior.” Stated head coach Lindsay Woolley, “The things that stand out to me are her toughness and how hard she plays. We are excited she chose to join the Bulldog family.”

Meyer is also a two-time First-Team All-League selection for volleyball and was on the track team that was named 4A State Academic champions.
