HAVRE — Ryan Imhoff filled the stat sheet with 24 points, 10 rebounds and five assists to help Carroll College to a 64-57 Frontier Conference women’s basketball win at Montana State-Northern on Friday.

The Saints got off to a hot start, making 15 of 25 field goal attempts in the first half to build a 17-point lead after the game’s first 14 minutes. Northern started to chip away, though, and had the lead down to 35-26 by halftime. The Lights kept the pressure on in the second half, but couldn’t complete the comeback. Carroll never trailed in the game.

Imhoff led an efficient Saints attack, making 11 of his 20 field goal attempts. Matt Wyman added 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting, and Oliver Carr made all four of his field goal attempts for eight points.

Ryan Reeves paced MSU-Northern with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Carroll (23-4 overall, 11-4 conference) has now won six consecutive games and travels to the University of Providence on Saturday. Northern (16-11, 6-9) looks to snap its four-game losing streak against Rocky Mountain College on Saturday.
