Providence volleyball completes sweep of Montana Tech, runs win streak to 12

BUTTE — The Argos keep on winning.

Sadie Lott racked up 14 kills and a pair of service aces to help power the Providence volleyball team to a 25-21, 25-21, 25-19 victory over Montana Tech on Saturday afternoon at the HPER Complex to complete a Frontier Conference sweep over the Orediggers.

The Argos (14-2 overall) have now won 12-straight matches and haven't lost a match since Feb. 12.

Cydney Finberg-Roberts provided 35 assists for Providence and Sacha Legros supplied 17 digs.

Tech (6-10) was paced by 10 kills from Karina Mickelson, 30 assists from McKenna Kaelber and 17 digs from Maureen Jessop.

Providence now closes out the regular season at home with a doubleheader against MSU-Northern next weekend and a final doubleheader against Montana Western the weekend after.

Tech travels to a Dillon for a doubleheader against Western next weekend before closing out the regular season at home against Carroll College.
