Frontier Conference approves amended football schedule to start Feb. 27, 2021

WHITEFISH -- The Frontier Conference Council of Presidents has approved the amended 2020-21 football schedule, the league announced Wednesday.

The conference-only schedule will begin on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021 with an opening-weekend slate featuring Carroll College hosting Montana Western, College of Idaho hosting Montana State-Northern, Montana Tech at Eastern Oregon and Rocky Mountain College at Southern Oregon. The schedule will not include any open weekends.

The NAIA national playoffs are scheduled to being April 17 with the national championship game on May 10, 2021 at Eddie Robinson Stadium in Grambling, La.

The updated schedule will be released on the Frontier Conference website and on each conference member's website. The dates of the games may be subject to change as recommended by the institutions and local health officials.
