MISSOULA — Montana hosted a top-20 FCS showdown inside Washington-Grizzly Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 13.
The fifth-ranked Grizzlies hosted No. 16 North Dakota. Montana entered the game coming off its 42-17 season-opening win over NCAA Division II Central Washington, while UND was 1-1. The Fighting Hawks narrowly lost to FBS Kansas State in their season opener and then routed Portland State 50-20 in Week 2.
