Miles Community College volleyball signs Wyoming standout

MILES CITY -- Mandi Tvedt, a 5-foot-5 setter from Glenrock High School in Wyoming, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball at Miles Community College. The daughter of Darwin and Mary Tvedt will major in Allied Health at MCC.

During her senior season at Glenrock HS, Tvedt had 45 aces, 484 assists, 215 digs to earn 2A all-conference and all-state honors. She was all-conference and all-state her sophomore and junior seasons, as well. Tvedt helped Glenrock to a fourth-place finish at state in 2019 and third place in 2018.

Tvedt is a member of the National Honor Society and also lettered in basketball 2 years.

"I enjoyed and connected with the MCC players," Tvedt said. "I anticipate that playing under the coaching of Coach (Chase) Soennichsen and (Robin) Cusimano, I will improve as an athlete, player, and teammate. I am excited for this opportunity of play volleyball at the next level."
