Dawson CC men miss game-tying shot at buzzer

PHOENIX - The Dawson Community College Buccaneers had a good look from the 3-point arc at the buzzer, but it bounced out as Phoenix College squeaked past the visitors from Montana, 86-83 Monday night. Dawson had double digit leads in both halves, but couldn't hold PC off.

The Bucs posted four guys in double figures, led by 14 points from Camron Dunfee (6'3 sophomore guard) to go along with 4 rebounds and 3 steals. CJ Nelson (6'0 sophomore guard) had 13 points while Man Man Baker (6'0 sophomore guard) and Devin Collins (6'5 sophomore forward) had 10 points and 6 rebounds each.

Phoenix College was led by Tre Mitchell (6'3 sophomore guard) with 22 points; Treyvon McCray (6'0 freshman guard) with 16 points and Shemar Wilson (6'9 freshman post) with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
