GEYSER -- Power-Dutton-Brady pulled away from Denton-Geyser-Stanford in the second half of Saturday's 6-Man North football battle. The Titans scored 35 unanswered points on the way to a 57-25 win in Geyser.

The game stayed tight early, as Denton-Geyser-Stanford jumped out to a 12-6 lead after Zack Solomon threw a 50-yard touchdown pass and then caught a 15-yard touchdown. Power-Dutton-Brady returned the ensuing kickoff to the tie game, then scooped up a Denton-Geyser-Stanford fumble to grab a 22-12 lead.

Solomon scored on the ground from 3 yards out to close Power-Dutton-Brady's lead to 22-19 at the end of the first quarter, but the Titans took complete control from that point.

Nick Widhalm tossed a pair of touchdown passes in the second quarter to give the Titans a 35-19 lead at halftime. He added two more touchdown passes in the third quarter sandwiched around a 31-yard touchdown run by Jackson Widhalm to push the Titans' advantage to 57-19 and force a running clock.
