BOZEMAN — The Montana State women’s basketball team announced that three players will not be returning to the program. Freshmen Coral Gillette, Janie McRae and Laura Pranger will look to explore other opportunities, head coach Tricia Binford said on Tuesday afternoon.

Pranger, a product of Centennial, Colorado, played in 28 games and averaged 4.5 points and three rebounds per game, while Gillette and McRae saw action in 14 and 13 contests, respectively.

“We thank all three for their efforts this season,” Binford said. “Laura and Coral are pursuing options closer to home and Janie is going to remain at MSU and continue her academic interests.”

McRae, a graduate of Shepherd High School, was a student at Montana State during the 2016-17 season, before joining the Bobcat women’s program this year.

Gillette is from Bismarck, N.D.
