BIG SKY – The Manhattan Christian Eagles girls and boys basketball teams continue their dominance in District 11C, sweeping Lone Peak on Friday night.

The boys defeated the Bighorns 83-35 as the Eagles’ Caleb Bellach led the way with 20 points. Ryan Busch chipped in 18 points. Kolya Bough led the way for Lone Peak with 11 points. Manhattan Christian now moves to 13-2 on the season as the Bighorns fall to 8-6.

The Lady Eagles squeaked out a close 61-57 victory that involved some serious star-power scoring. Manhattan Christian’s Kelsey Heidema scored 30 points in the win, while Emma Flach had a career night, scoring 34 in the the Bighorns loss.
