WHITEFISH – Carroll College senior forward Ryan Imhoff has been named the Frontier Conference men’s basketball player of the week. The league announced the news on Monday.

The 6-foot-6 Imhoff, a Napa, Calif. native, flirted with a triple-double in No. 4 Carroll’s game against Salish Kootenai College. Imhoff scored 17 points to go with 10 assists, nine rebounds, two steals and a block in the Fighting Saints’ 116-57 win.

Imhoff, an all-American last season, made eight of 14 field goals against Salish Kootenai, lifting the Saints to 9-0 this season. Carroll’s No. 4 ranking last week was its highest in the Carson Cunningham-era at Carroll College.

Imhoff is averaging 19.9 points per contest this season, tops on the Fighting Saints. He also leads the team with 5.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game. The senior also has program bests in minutes per game, field goals made, blocks and steals.

The Fighting Saints travel to Costa Mesa, Calif. next week for games against Bethesda College and Vanguard University.
