HELENA – The Helena Capital Bruins are off to a hot 3-0 start this early football season and so far Capital’s running game is looking pretty solid.
Senior Seth Schneider, who has eight rushing touchdowns so over the three games, leds the ground game, exactly what head coach Kyle Mihelish and the rest of the Bruins are expecting to see from the back as they prepare to head for Billings this Friday.
“Seth’s a grinder, I tell everybody,” said head coach Kyle Mihelish. “You know exactly what you’re going to get out of Seth. He shows up every Friday. He’s a competitor.”
“It’s so much fun watching him run down the field,” said lineman Conor Quick, “because, as soon as he busts something open, I have no doubt in my mind he can beat whoever else he has to go up against. As long as we take care of the people we’re supposed to take care of, and the people he’s supposed to beat he usually does, so it’s pretty fun watching him run down the field.”
The Bruins are in action this Friday in Billings against Skyview.
