GREAT FALLS, Mont. – (University of Providence Press Release) In in the official unveiling of the newly rebrand McLaughlin Center Lady Argo volleyball put on an entertaining show in front of a raucous crowd, beating Dickinson State University 3-1 (25-22, 25-17, 23-25, 25-14).

Outside of a dud third set, the Lady Argos attack was clicking. Without the 13 kills but 12 errors in set 3, UP would have finished the match with 35 kills and just 7 errors.

Freshman middle blocker Kailey Rashford had the best overall match of her young career, tying a career high with 8 kills, tying a career high with a hitting percentage of .500, setting a new career high with 8 blocks, and setting a new career high with 12 total points.

UP has one more match to play in the McLaughlin Center Unveiling Tournament – a 5 p.m. match against Benedictine University – Mesa on Saturday, September 9.
