MSU sophomore, Tyler Hall hits one of his 7 three pointers against Washington State on Friday night

PULLMAN, Wash. – Brian Fish’s “new look” Bobcats hit only three of their first 18 shots in Pullman, and ended up losing to Washington State, 69-65. MSU fell behind by 16 points, but great outside shooting by Tyler Hall and Sarp Gobeloglu,pulled them within 2. Then they fell into another scoring drought to trail by ten at the half.

Second half was more of the same. MSU fell behind by 16 only to pull back within three before finally losing by 4. Tyler Hall led all scorers with 32, while Gobeloglu chipped in 14. They were the only two Bobcats in double figures.

Hall was sensational, hitting 7 of his 15 three pointers and five of five from the free throw line. He also added seven rebounds and five assists.
