If we were to be brutally honest, Montana State’s volleyball team stunk up the joint last year. Only three victories and just one in conference.
But this high jumping senior missed last year with a blown ankle. Now that Eli Svisco has been granted another year of eligibility, expect things to pick up.
“It’s so awesome. It would have sucked to have that be my last year where I didn’t get to play and didn’t get to contribute as much as I wanted to. So, I’m really happy, really excited to be part of this new group,” Svisco said
“We’re excited to have her back. Anytime you can get that leadership back on the court, a senior who has been here for four years, now going on five, it’s invaluable. So, she’s going to help a ton and it’s good to see her back on the court,” MSU Volleyball Coach J.J. Riley
“I’ve come really, really, really far. It’s kind of amazing how far our Strength and Conditioning trainers, and also our PT’s have helped me so much all throughout the spring. I’ve gone pretty much every day to do all their work, and it’s definitely paid off. I feel great,” Svisco told us.
